Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contract requirements and billing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process project invoices using AX2012 ERP.
• Handle Time & Materials and Fixed Price projects with milestone billing.
• Monitor unbilled and aging invoices and support collections.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and change orders for billing compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Project teams to ensure timely billing.
