• Review, approve, process and date customer agreements.
• Prepare AIA billing documentation for projects, including schedules of values and change orders.
• Submit and manage progress billings, invoices, lien waivers, and supporting docs through portals.
• Track submittal status in billing portals and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Ensure billing aligns with contract terms and customer requirements.
• Review customer and job information at job completion for accuracy.
• Assist with month-end billing close, reporting, and audit support.
