AltaGas is hiring a Billing Analyst to manage billing activities for Transportation and Gas Customer Choice. You will validate readings using PowerSpring and oversee SEMCO's billing system, collaborating with Gas Control, Operations, Marketing, and Business Applications to ensure accurate data and billing practices.

You will drive process improvements, support system testing, and help ensure regulatory compliance, enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, statistics, finance, economics, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with related technologies/tools and billing systems.
• Strong analytical, logical problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze billing processes to enhance the customer experience and billing systems.
• Oversee daily readings and integration with billing platforms.
• Verify billing for usage, rates, and special contracts; ensure SOX compliance.
