Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support billing and accounts receivable. You'll review invoices, process billing, update files, and coordinate with sales and corporate offices to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in business or related field and experience in a similar role; proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field; four-year degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in similar role or industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, review, and transmit customer invoices using billing software on a daily and monthly basis for specified customers.
• Communicate and follow up effectively with sales team regarding customer information and accounts.
• Update customer files to ensure data accuracy.
• Account setup within SFS ERP system.
• Issue invoice corrections in accordance with company policy.
• Resolve any billing issues.
• Daily management of Customer Relations mailbox with a 48-hour response time to inquiries.
• Analyze customer non-payment trends and collaborate with all respective teams for resolution.
• Evaluate credit history per customer to establish payment terms and plans with management approval.
• Manage Accounts Receivable by Customer to maintain DSO goals.
