Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Administrative Specialist to support managers, employees, and visitors by handling a variety of tasks to ensure positive interactions and productive office operations. The role emphasizes courteous service and efficient administration.

You’ll manage daily invoicing, AP/AR inquiries, inventory tasks, and provide product information to customers in person and by phone while maintaining accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within the industry or a related management position.
• Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily billing of invoices and processing AP invoices per the Snider Fleet Solutions process.
• Handle calls from customers and vendors re AP/AR.
• Assist in the monthly inventory process.
• Provide product and service information to customers both on the phone and in person.
• Field all incoming calls providing excellent customer service.
• Quote prices and provide product information.
