Snider Fleet Solutions, based in Fort Mill, SC, seeks a Customer Relations Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and customer support within the Billing and Customer Service teams. You will work with branch offices and the corporate office to ensure accurate processing and resolution of billing issues.

The role requires strong communication, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree subjective.
• 2 years of similar experience a plus.
• Knowledge of invoicing and AS400 systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process National Account purchases accurately and promptly.
• Research and resolve vendor billing disputes.
• Enter daily credits and handle error Rejets.
• Collaborate with branches, sales, accounting, and inventory teams.
• Support collections and maintain Days Sales Outstanding.
• Use Excel, Word and Outlook; uphold basic accounting principles.
