You will handle National Account billing, vendor interactions, and daily data entry while maintaining accuracy and professional communication with branch offices and the corporate team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, research billing disputes, and help ensure timely processing of transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of similar experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process National Account purchase transactions promptly and accurately.
• Research and resolve vendor billing disputes with National Account Tire vendors.
• Enter daily credits and handle error rejects with corrections.
• Collaborate with administrative staff, sales, accounting, and inventory to ensure proper system processing.
• Assist with system improvements and automation projects with IT support.
