Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field; four-year degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in high-volume customer service center/office.
• Experience in tire/forklift industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and billing with accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Enter data and process orders for LiftLine customers.
• Support branch operations and participate in meetings as needed.
