Responsibilities

• Explain bill calculations and handle sewer/water service complaints.
• Compute meter readings and prepare residential/commercial bills.
• Process payments, research discrepancies, and maintain financial records.
• Issue delinquent notices and manage account closures and reconciliations.
• Maintain correspondence, review permits, and balance receipts.
