Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service or billing.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly water and sewer billing cycles, verify meter reads, and distribute invoices.
• Handle routine clerical and data processing tasks in billing and collections.
• Use Metabase and SQL reports to prepare and review monthly billing reports.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and respond to inquiries.
