Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing information and purchase orders prior to invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
• Apply customer payments and assist with account reconciliations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, billing, and payment status.
• Monitor overdue invoices and assist with collections.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
