Job summary

You will collaborate with field personnel, project managers, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and compliant controls, using PeopleSoft, Coupa, SAP, and other tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data are essential; three to five years of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years related experience with billing or accounts receivable knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign workload and serve as the liaison for contract billing with field personnel.
• Review contracts for fixed fees, pass-throughs, and revenue streams.
• Identify amendments and rate escalation provisions.
• Enter contracts, amendments, and escalation terms into the billing system.
• Produce monthly customer invoices for fixed and variable components on time.
• Process credit memos and billing adjustments where applicable.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts related to billing and unbilled revenue.
• Support internal controls within the billing processes.
