Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Billing Accountant to manage contract billing, review terms, and set up contracts in the billing system. You will produce monthly invoices for fixed and variable components and ensure revenue accuracy.

You will coordinate with field personnel and project managers to obtain data and approvals, reconcile related GL accounts, and support cross-functional teams using PeopleSoft, Coupa, SAP, and ImageNOW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of related experience with knowledge of billing and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and set up in the billing system with accuracy.
• Produce monthly invoices for fixed fee and variable components.
• Reconcile related general ledger accounts tied to billing.
• Coordinate with project managers to obtain data and approvals.
• Maintain internal controls within the billing processes.
• Cross-train and assist on special projects as needed.
