Veolia North America is seeking a Billing Specialist to handle professional accounting duties for the customer billing process. You will review contracts, establish SOPs, and input data into the billing system while managing annual rate escalations and amendments.

You will generate invoices, analyze related accounts, and maintain internal controls. Strong communication with project managers and finance teams is essential to ensure timely, accurate billing results.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Prior related work experience preferred (5 years minimum).
• Strong analytical and accounting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract portfolios and liaise with field personnel on billing.
• Analyze contracts for Fixed Fees, Pass-through, and revenue streams.
• Enter contracts and escalation provisions into the billing system.
• Produce monthly invoices for fixed and variable components.
• Reconcile GL accounts related to billing and ensure internal controls.
