Dexian is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support an enterprise-wide billing function. The role focuses on reviewing and approving invoices, interpreting contracts, and ensuring billing accurately reflects contracted services and pricing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with billing, invoice processing, contract review, and Excel or G Sheets, with a preference for telecommunications billing experience. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing, invoice processing, contract review, or a related operational or financial function.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and understand associated services, charges, and billing requirements.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience working with G Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review, process, and approve monthly invoices and recurring bills.
• Read and interpret contracts to understand services, pricing, and billing requirements.
• Compare invoices against contractual terms to ensure charges are accurate.
• Identify billing discrepancies and inconsistencies between contracted services and invoiced charges.
• Support month-over-month billing and invoice processing activities.
• Maintain accurate billing information and supporting documentation.
• Perform reporting and analysis using MS Excel and G Sheets.
• Utilize Calero to support billing activities and invoice management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple lines of business to support enterprise-wide billing needs.
