Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a detail‑oriented Intercompany Billing & Contract Administration professional to manage end‑to‑end billing processes, including usage-based invoicing, contract renewals, and client master data maintenance. You will validate invoices, analyze billing data for accuracy, and collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and Client Success to resolve issues and support month‑end close.

1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, recurring billing, or revenue operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and across teams; detail-oriented with initiative.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is a plus.
• Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, or audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intercompany billing, including monthly usage-based invoicing and annual fees.
• Maintain billing schedules, contract terms, renewals, amendments, and client master data.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with contracts and internal accounting policies.
• Analyze usage and billing data to validate invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, Client Success, and external stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of intercompany clients and account maintenance; assist audits.
