You will coordinate with project managers, sales, accounting, customers, insurers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate invoicing and cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in U.S.-based accounting with AR and revenue operations, construction experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies with AR and revenue operations.
• Experience in construction, roofing or field services with job-costed environments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with construction platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own project invoicing, progress billing, receivables tracking, discrepancy resolution, and collections across active construction projects.
• Review invoices against contracts, insurance estimates, and supplemental approvals for accuracy.
• Partner with accounting to support revenue reporting, job costing, and project-level financial analysis.
