Job summary

Lifetime Quality Roofing seeks a Controller to own day-to-day accounting, close processes, and multi-state compliance across our roofing operations in Columbus, OH. You will manage the monthly close, cash, AR/AP, and job-level profitability while partnering with outside CPAs on year-end filings.

Lead the accounting team, develop SOPs, and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closes. Experience with AccuLynx and QuickBooks is a plus; Bachelor's in accounting or finance required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in a home service business.
• Multi-state, multi-branch accounting experience including sales tax and payroll tax.
• Proven record closing the books on a fixed timeline.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and financial reporting.
• Produce P&L by branch and cash position for ownership.
• Manage cash forecast and AR/AP aging.
• Oversee payroll, commissions, and multi-state tax compliance.
• Lead system integration with AccuLynx and accounting staff; develop SOPs.
