Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to manage the full cycle of billing and collections using OXY Software. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

The candidate will handle AP invoices, A/R, payment processing, and be responsible for accurate invoicing, collections, and reporting while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a billing and collections role
• Experience managing AP invoices, invoicing, A/R and payment processing
• Experience with OXY software or similar billing systems
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability
• Knowledge of billing regulations in the industry
• Proactive problem solving and collaboration across departments

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle billing operations from invoice creation to payment collection
• Coordinate with departments to ensure all billable items are captured and invoiced timely
• Process AP invoices, monitor A/R and handle payment processing
• Utilize OXY software to streamline billing and collections
• Monitor accounts for non-payment and initiate collections as needed
• Resolve billing disputes and maintain customer relationships
• Prepare regular billing/collections reports and suggest improvements
• Maintain up-to-date billing regulations knowledge
