Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking an experienced Medical Billing & Collections AR Team Supervisor who will oversee the Billing Center Accounts Receivable and Collections staff and supervise activities to align with billing & collections policies.

You will lead a team to promote patient quality, employee satisfaction, and AR management, ensure compliance, and drive productivity while supporting audits and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience highly desired.
• 2+ years billing and collections experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Billing Center AR/collections staff and activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Assist in audits and investigations and support hiring decisions as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the team.
• Coordinate with payers and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
