Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking an experienced Medical Billing & Collections AR Team Supervisor to oversee the Billing Center Accounts Receivable and Collections staff.

You will supervise processes to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with policies, driving efficiency and patient service. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of healthcare billing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising billing/AR teams and knowledge of healthcare billing processes.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; prefer familiarity with DME/HME.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Billing Center Accounts Receivable and Collections staff.
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity metrics and provide coaching to staff.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal teams as needed.
• Address payer communications and resolve discrepancies.
