Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices and process payments.
• Resolve carrier rate discrepancies and review carrier bills.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with AR/AP.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide customer service.
• Settle payments and resolve disputes with clients.
• Prepare weekly reports for internal use.
• Represent CNW brand via phone and email.
