Atlas Search is seeking a detail-oriented Collections/Billing Specialist to join its Finance team. You will manage invoicing, cash application, and collections while supporting month-end close and internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-focused mindset. This role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–6 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard accounting systems.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.

Responsabilités
