Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach, FL is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our dealership team. This full-time position requires accurate processing of retail paperwork, posting to accounting, and strong attention to detail.

3+ years of dealership billing experience is required, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service. Benefits include medical, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all paperwork from retail sales in accordance with company guidelines.
• Process paperwork on a timely basis and post to accounting.
• Promote positive customer service with external and internal departments.
• Bill all new and used car deals and post into accounting.
• Report and process warranty sales and cancellations.
• Maintain schedules and post journal entries.
• Provide back-up accounting support as needed.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Mullinax Ford is looking for a hard-working team member with 3+ years prior dealership billing experience required, Must be self-motivated and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-dealer enterprise. The prime candidate will be able to multi-task accurately in a fast-paced environment while providing top notch customer service.

Salary: Hourly $18-$22 depending on experience

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Process all paperwork from retail sales in accordance with Company guidelines
• Process paperwork on a timely basis
• Promote positive customer service with external and internal departments
• Bill all new and used car deals and post into accounting
• Responsible for reporting and processing warranty sales and cancellations
• Maintain schedules and post journal entries
• Provide back-up accounting support as needed
• Provide administrative support to management, other departments, and employees as needed
• Any Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications for this job:

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of basic accounting
• Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be able to pass background screening, motor vehicle check, and drug test
