Job summary

Werner Auto Team in Tallahassee, FL is looking for a Billing Clerk to manage dealership billing activities within the accounting office. This full-time, on-site role requires automotive accounting experience and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate posting and reporting.

The Billing Clerk will verify deal contents, issue payoff checks for trade-ins, and post all sale transactions to the accounting system, maintaining strict compliance with established procedures.

Billing Clerk Duties and Responsibilities may include several of the following:

• Processes automotive billing deals for the accounting office
• Verifies deal contents and issues payoff checks for trade-ins
• Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
• Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a Finance & Insurance log
• Other duties may be assigned

Billing Clerk Requirements And Qualifications

• Automotive Dealership accounting experience is a must.
