Charter Communications, doing business as Spectrum, seeks a Billing Chat Repair Representative to assist customers through our web-based chat platform. You will handle billing inquiries, process payments, and update accounts with accuracy and empathy, becoming the written voice of Spectrum in your interactions.

You will join a large, 24/7 operation with varied shifts, requiring strong English communication, typing speed, and problem-solving skills to deliver superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers via web-based chat to address billing and payment questions, rate inquiries, order processing, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
• Represent Spectrum as a reliable, written voice of the company and uphold best-in-class customer experiences.
