You’ll shape the function from a lean base, prioritizing automation opportunities, and ensuring audit-ready processes as TRM grows. This role emphasizes hands-on execution within a fast-paced finance team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI fluency: identify finance processes to automate and build verifiable workflows.
• Senior experience across revenue accounting and billing operations.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing billing solutions and automating finance processes.
• Experience leading external audits and maintaining audit-ready controls.
• Strategic judgment on automation sequencing and scalable controls.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual billing work and data validation with AI-assisted workflows.
• Strengthen revenue accounting to keep records audit-ready.
• Evaluate billing solutions and model impacts to fit TRM’s needs.
• Build a prioritized automation roadmap and measure time saved for the team.
