Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Revenue and Billing Operations Manager to own the billing function and drive automated, audit-ready revenue processes. You will shape the automation roadmap, partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting, and build scalable controls in a lean team.

You will lead AI-enabled improvements to revenue accounting, ensure accuracy, and prepare for audits while aligning with TRM's fast-paced, high-ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate AI fluency and ability to identify finance processes to automate.
• Senior experience across revenue accounting and billing operations.
• Hands-on experience leading evaluation and implementation of billing solutions and automating finance processes.
• Experience leading external audits and building audit-ready processes and controls.
• Strategic judgment on automation sequencing and designing scalable controls.
• Hands-on builder mindset and willingness to work directly in a lean team.
• Clear cross-functional communication with Sales, Legal, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual billing work, reconciliations, invoice generation and data validation with AI-assisted workflows.
• Strengthen revenue accounting to ensure audit-readiness and accurate records.
• Evaluate and implement billing solutions and model their impact.
• Build a prioritized automation roadmap and measure time saved for the team.
• Create scalable, resilient billing processes aligned with growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal and Accounting on contractual and policy impacts.
