• Communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to Billing manager and Sales Team for timely resolution.
• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned; participate in rotating holiday coverage as needed.

• Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues
• Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience
• Promptly communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to the Billing manager and sales team members to support timely resolution
• Other special projects and duties as assigned
• The standard hours for this position are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There may be flexibility for a later start time of 8:30 or 9:00 a.m., with a corresponding adjustment to the end of the workday
• This position may also require participation in a rotating holiday coverage schedule

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered
• 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or a related function preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented office environment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
