Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of administrative support including billing systems experience.
• Must possess valid California driver’s license and driving record per agency policy.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with site and fiscal personnel regarding tasks and site processes.
• Solves billing problems of low to moderate complexity.
• Enters service, adjustments, and related data daily into billing software.
• Ensures initial client information is entered into the billing system.
• Performs monthly eligibility checks and routes issues to the Billing Supervisor.
• Interprets financial reports for statistical and billing purposes.
• Gathers and reports billing issues to the Billing Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Performs complex reconciliation processes.
