Key duties include monthly eligibility checks, reporting, and resolving billing issues, with opportunities for growth through ongoing training and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of administrative support including billing systems experience preferred.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with site and fiscal personnel professionally to align tasks with site processes.
• Solve problems and resolve low-to-moderate complexity billing issues.
• Enter services, adjustments and related data into billing software daily.
• Ensure initial client information is entered into the billing system.
• Perform monthly eligibility checks and route issues to Billing Supervisor.
• Access and interpret financial reports for billing and statistics.
• Document and report billing issues to the Billing Supervisor promptly.
• Perform complex reconciliation processes.
