You will proactively identify and resolve issues, contribute to profitability reviews, and support the Billing Manager in completing assigned duties

- Provide outstanding customer service via calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations for seamless operations.
- Proficient with Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, and Word.
- Identify, research, and resolve billing issues.
- Review profitability reports to support billing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Billing Manager.

LOCATION: 560 Webb Industrial Drive, Marietta, GA 30062 JOB TYPE: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 7:45am– 4:45pm
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth billing operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include precise data entry, meticulous review of work orders, exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with our Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, proactive problem solver, able to work both independently and as a team player.
