Real Floors, Inc. is seeking an AQC/Billing Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance in invoicing. This on-site role partners with the Accounting Quality Control Manager to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in billing/accounting, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office. Normal hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, in Dallas, TX.

Competenze

• 2 years of billing/accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.

Mansioni

• Process PDF invoices.
• Review order reports monthly to close by month-end.
• Process urgent and expedited invoices as required.
• Create credit memos upon request.
• Investigate invoice issues with other departments.
• Record issues to assist each branch.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Accounting Quality Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements (invoices) within the organization. This position involves meticulous review and evaluation. The specialist works closely with the team to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and maintain high standards of financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process PDF Invoices
• Review order reports throughout the month to close by Month's end.
• Properly escape and rush invoices on a case-by-case basis.
• Create credit memos upon request.
• Investigate issues with current and already closed invoices with other departments.
• Record all issues encountered to help each branch.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of billing/accounting experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and video conferencing programs
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy, and is self-motivated and organized
• Experience in the construction industry or flooring is preferred
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
• Demonstrate high ethical standards and confidentiality, be self-motivated with strong initiative, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and effectively manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
