Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking a bilingual dispatcher to oversee subcontracted flooring installers. The role focuses on dispatching work orders, processing inspections and deliveries, and supporting installers during installations.

You will interact with sales, operations, warehouse, billing and QA to ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; prior phone-based customer service and data entry experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of phone-based customer support preferred.
• Accurate data entry while engaging in phone conversations.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Proficient in email communication.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Shared Drive is a plus.
• Flooring industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking to welcome a Bilingualprofessional to oversee the activities of our subcontracted flooring installers. This position will focus on dispatching subcontractor work orders, processing inspections and deliveries, and providing support to our subcontractors during installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with our subcontracted flooring installers to assign work orders efficiently.
• Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy, ensuring that all payment details are correct.
• Communicate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve any work order issues.
• Research issues related to work order chargebacks and warranties.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to satisfy customers and retain business.
• Interact seamlessly with other Real Floors employees in various roles and functions, including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to provide a positive customer experience.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in providing phone-based customer support. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks while engaging in phone conversations.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized individual with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Proactive in identifying, researching, and resolving problems as they arise. Takes initiative to solve issues and assist others when needed.
• Proficient in corresponding effectively and professionally via email.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Shared Drive is a plus.
• Prior experience in the flooring industry is preferred, but a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued in potential candidates.
