Real Floors, Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Billing Associate to ensure smooth billing operations, perform precise data entry, and review work orders while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires collaboration with Sales and Operations and proficiency with Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, and Word to support timely, accurate billing. You will proactively identify and resolve issues, contribute to profitability reviews, and support the Billing Manager in completing assigned duties

Qualifications

• Review work orders for billing accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service via calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for seamless operations.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, and Word.
• Identify, research, and resolve billing issues.
• Review profitability reports to support billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Billing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to guarantee accurate billing information.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize computing skills including Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, and Word.
• Proactively identify, research, and resolve problems as they arise.
• Regularly review profitability reports to support the billing team.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the Billing Manager.
