The HR Group is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to own our client invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation while supporting each company's accountant and keeping the billing team organized. You'll ensure our cash flow stays healthy and act as the professional point of contact for payment questions.

This hands-on role requires 2+ years in billing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software. Office-based in Prague, OK, US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related role.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High accuracy across large transaction volumes.
• Discretion with sensitive financial information.

Responsabilités

• Own client invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Assist each company's accountant with billing.
• Create and send accurate client invoices on schedule.
• Track outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts by phone and email.
• Escalate delinquent accounts per company procedure while maintaining client relationships.
