Job summary

Corient, a leading wealth management firm, seeks a Billing Specialist to support client billing, statements, and revenue reporting from its Charlotte office. You will handle statements, debits, rebates for closed accounts, and aged receivables while liaising with data integrity and reporting teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience, plus proficiency with Salesforce, portfolio software, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and meet client needs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate billing statements according to client agreements and fee schedules.
• Distribute billing statements to clients.
• Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts.
• Track and manage aged accounts receivable.
• Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients.
• Maintain billing-related data in the Portfolio Management system in collaboration with Data Integrity and Reporting.
• Update client billing information as needed.
• Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership.
