Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle daily cash receipts, credit card processing, and posting to customer accounts. The role maintains AR records and performs billing and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has high attention to detail, strong communication, and at least 5 years of AR/billing experience; knowledge of Great Plains is preferred, and proficiency in Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or billing.
• Proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced skills.
• Experience with Great Plains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and deposits and post to customer accounts.
• Handle credit card processing and AR posting in ledgers.
• Balance subsidiary ledger and deposit registers; perform month-end close.
• Prepare and send invoices; provide customer service on payment issues.
• Research and resolve payment and billing discrepancies; support accounting staff.
