Corient is seeking a Billing Specialist II to join our team in Tulsa. You will generate and distribute billing statements, coordinate debits, and manage aged receivables while maintaining high data integrity.

Strong customer service and analytical skills are essential for accurate revenue reporting and client support. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience, with proficiency in Salesforce, portfolio accounting software, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate billing statements according to client agreements and fee schedules.
• Distribute billing statements to clients.
• Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts.
• Track and manage aged accounts receivable.
• Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients.
• Update client billing information as needed.
• Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership.
