Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and provide input on standard and out-of-scope work.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and correct errors.
• Analyze billing rates and job specifics to ensure consistency across the firm.
• Process and monitor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness; assist with out-of-scope billing and reporting.
