Real Floors, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Quality Control Specialist to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of invoices.

You will review invoices, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions while maintaining high standards. The role supports a busy accounting function in Phoenix, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of billing/accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and video conferencing programs.
• Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy, self-motivated and organized.
• Experience in the construction industry or flooring is preferred.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
• Demonstrate high ethical standards and confidentiality, be self-motivated with strong initiative, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and effectively manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Process PDF Invoices
• Review order reports throughout the month to close by Month's end.
• Properly-escalate and rush invoices on a case-by-case basis.
• Investigate issues with current and already closed invoices with other departments.
• Record all issues encountered to help each branch.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Accounting Quality Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements (invoices) within the organization. This position involves meticulous review and evaluation. The specialist works closely with the team to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and maintain high standards of financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process PDF Invoices
• Review order reports throughout the month to close by Month's end.
• Properly-escalate and rush invoices on a case-by-case basis.
