Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on data analytics and database interaction.
• Preferred background in electric utilities and meter data databases (MV90, MV-WEB, MV-PBS).
• Experience with data collection, metering/communication systems, and billing processing.
• Strong communication, project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, produces and distributes member system monthly billings with high quality and timeliness.
• Understands tariffs and contracts; collaborates with Billing team to resolve issues.
• Establishes and maintains 100% back-up capability for billing processes.
• Collects data monthly to support billing and internal/external uses; ensures accuracy.
• Provides technical/analytical support related to billing questions and data analysis.
