You will assist with billing activities, analyze data, and help ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing. This internship provides exposure to operations and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated utility environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or above required.
• Graduation date 2028 or later required.
• Experience with data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools through coursework or prior work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine billing analyses using established guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Support day-to-day billing operations and customer account activities.
• Monitor billing system controls to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Review billing cycles and audit billing data; assist with bankruptcy account reviews.
