Mooring Recovery Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support Mitigation and CAT Operations with accurate, timely invoicing and strong compliance. You will partner with Project Managers and Operations to improve processes, profitability, and project flow across local and national teams.

The role requires thorough analytics, ability to handle multiple billing schedules, and a proactive approach to documentation and audits. Join a family-owned restoration leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and urgency.
• Clear and professional communication with all staff and customers.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the continental United States on short notice.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate time-and-material invoices using multiple billing rate schedules with complete documentation.
• Utilize Excel and accounting software for estimating and invoicing T&M losses.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers across local offices and CAT operations.
• Process and review daily job paperwork including crew sheets, equipment logs, and material sheets; enter and allocate costs in Acumatica.
• Review and approve daily crew time in ADP to support payroll processing.
• Organize and maintain complete job files to support invoicing and audits.
