Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to prepare and issue client invoices and maintain internal contract setups within our firm’s systems. The role processes monthly invoices and on-demand billing through our workflow queue and ensures accuracy of statements.

Candidates should have 2+ years in Billing or AR, strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel), SharePoint familiarity, and experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. This is an on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years in Billing or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and SharePoint preferred.
• Oracle Fusion or other ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing and on-demand client invoices via ServiceNow queue.
• Proof and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Assist with client/project/contract changes for invoice generation.
• Perform other duties as required.
