BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to prepare and issue client invoices and maintain internal contract setups within our firm’s systems. The role processes monthly invoices and on-demand billing through our workflow queue and ensures accuracy of statements.
Candidates should have 2+ years in Billing or AR, strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel), SharePoint familiarity, and experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. This is an on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI.
The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm‘s software systems.
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
Maryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
