Job summary

BDO USA in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Billing Analyst to prepare and issue billings and maintain internal contract setups within the firm’s software systems.

You will process monthly invoices via ServiceNow, ensure invoice accuracy, assist with contract changes, and collaborate with professionals at all levels in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Two or more years of Billing or Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.

Job Duties

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation
• Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
• Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred

Experience

• Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Experience within a professional services firm, preferred

License/Certifications

• N/A

Software

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required
• Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
• Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems , required

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr

Maryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr

NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
