Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Billing/AR in a professional services firm, with strong MS Office, SharePoint, and ERP experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience in Billing or AR is expected and preferred in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices.
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required.
