Job summary

BDO is seeking a Billing Analyst in Grand Rapids to manage monthly billing and invoicing processes. You will prepare client invoices, validate accuracy, and update contract setups within the firm’s systems.

The role requires 2+ years in Billing/AR, strong Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. Collaboration with professionals across levels and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of billing or AR experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; SharePoint preferred; Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems required.

Job description

The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm‘s software systems.

Job Duties:

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation
• Other duties as required
  

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Education:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required

Experience:

• Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Experience within a professional services firm, preferred

License/Certifications:

• N/A

Software:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required
• Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
• Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems , required

Language:

• N/A

• Displays superior verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr

Maryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
