Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage the preparation and issuance of client billings and maintain internal contract setups in the firm’s systems. You will ensure accuracy and timely delivery of invoices while working closely with clients and project teams.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Oracle Fusion in a deadline-driven environment. Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Two or more years in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable in a professional services firm preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel); SharePoint preferred; Oracle Fusion or ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices.
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required.
